We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our matching process and offer replacement services if the initial match doesn't meet your requirements, subject to the terms specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YOUZA Digital LLC and its licensors. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, but grant us a license to use such content for the purpose of providing our Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YOUZA Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but the following sections will survive termination:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding any disputes with YOUZA Digital LLC.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.
